• All the customers who are coming from outside of UAE must present valid original passport and driving license. customers who are holding the UAE residency must present valid UAE driving license and UAE ID.
• Please, make sure to receive a receipt for paid amount and a copy of rental contract from the rental company on delivery.

If you are a Tourists, we need
• A valid copy of the Passport
• A valid copy of your Driving License from home country
• International Driving Permit (IDP)
Note: Visitors from the GCC, US, UK, Canada, Europe, and certain other countries can drive with their home country driving license, without the need of an IDP.
If you are a Resident, we need
• Copies of the passport
• Residential visa
• Valid UAE driving license and Emirates ID
